For over a decade, James and Rebecca worked in some of the most exciting kitchens and renowned hospitality properties in the United States. Along the way, they explored a wide range of cuisines, mastered modern and traditional cooking techniques, and immersed themselves in diverse cultures. But no matter where they went, Southeast Missouri was always in their hearts.

Now, they're bringing all they’ve learned back home—not to change the flavor of the region, but to elevate it.
